Simple, systematic and actionable

We believe innovation should always be focused towards achieving growth. Therefore the process for developing innovation should be simple, systematic and above all actionable.

Simple
Simplicity stems from a thorough understanding of innovation. It is the synthesis of a well thought-out and tightly managed innovation process. The essence of innovation can only be captured when it has been simplified to the core.

Systematic
In order to be simple our approach to innovation is systematic. Innovation follows a certain logic, a given pattern. Although not all innovations are equal and most processes are different there are common denominators to the issues faced when wishing to innovate. We have drawn an analogy with trees:  not all trees are the same yet they all follow a certain logic of roots, trunk, branches, leaves and fruit.

That’s why we present our services following certain growth phases, comparable to the development of a tree. The Foundation phase refers to the strategic roots of the innovation process. The Generation phase refers to the buds, the visible sprouts of innovation, exposed to sunlight and fed/anchored by a sound root system and trunk. The Fruition phase is where it all comes together. This phase refers to the growing and ripening of fruits, delivering tangible and actionable results.

Actionable
As stated above, successful innovation is about tangible results: new products and brands that generate business growth.
Food for thought
There is a fascinating rationality to natural growth. To learn more about Fibonacci Principles (the Golden Section in Nature), click here.

Innovation is not the product of logical thought, although the result is tied to logical structure (Albert Einstein).

Knowledge has no value, unless it is put into practice (Heber Grant).

Three rules of work:
1. Out of clutter, find simplicity.
2. From discord, find harmony.
3. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.
(Albert Einstein).
