Alignment of the European team

AFB delivers flavour enhancers to manufacturers of animal food. The European branch of the organisation is based in the Netherlands, out of the European headquarters there is a lot of coordination with partners in Europe. The request is to create a Marketing/Innovation plan, in which we are to look into the positioning of AFB, the innovations that would fit in that context and the future adaptations the company needs to make in order to become a better innovator. Based on the findings of an international questionnaire, we organised a meeting in Germany. A series of coaching interviews followed in order to ensure the implementation of the agreed way forward.
