Category Innovation Fresh ProduceAhold and Albert Heijn are increasingly focusing their efforts on category and product innovation. Following a successful SIT workshop for the fresh fish and seafood category, the Fresh Produce category was up to the challenge of creating an innovation-based growth plan. Together with several Fresh Produce suppliers, we took on the challenge with the help of the SIT method.
Participants’ feedback: Clear structure. You quickly become productive. Good stimulation to dive deep into the task at hand. The facilitator is good and teaches one to think differently.
Project leader’s feedback: The method is demanding, it was difficult to get the gist of it in the beginning. Nonetheless, I am happy that the facilitators pulled us through, because it really worked.
