Creative problem solving as a skill

VLAG (Research School for Nutrition, Food Technology, Agrobiotechnology and Health)  is a KNAW-approved graduate school which operates under Wageningen University. The request to White Tree was to deliver a workshop about “New Ways of Thinking” for PhD students and postdocs of Wageningen UR. These students are expected to move into jobs in the business world and government areas. The workshop was part of a course called “Succesful performance in organisations”, which was offered to these students to increase their employability. The workshop was built around the use of our creative capacities and the differences in thinking- and learning styles, which proved to be a journey of discovery for some.

Participants’ feedback: Good structure! I was first a bit lost, searching,… started to panic, but then slowly but surely I started getting lots of ideas… “my head is now larger than before”.
