Vision and strategy developmentGroeinet Information Systems is an ICT-supplier for the indoor horticulture market. In September 2006 a new leadership team was appointed, creating an ideal point in time to revise the vision and strategy of the company. The end goal was to set a new agenda for the realization of the ambitions in the coming years.
Supported by White Tree’s pragmatic and results-driven approach, Groeinet initiated an innovation project in November 2006 which was completed in February 2007. Internal and external specialists were involved to gather relevant information and to create buy-in from within the organization and from the market. Next to the redefinition of its mission and strategy, Groeinet determined a clear framework for the further development of its activities and projects and many ideas were generated to secure the continuity and growth of the organization.
